Having 20 years of experience Greg took over the business 1994 (formally known as R&L) and has since grown it through refining techniques, systems and the technology used. Since entering the industry has personally sandblasted, spray painted and powder coated within his factory teaching himself exactly what is required produce the best possible outcome for any job. His commitment to detail and only allowing the highest standard in finishes to come off the line is what has allowed Universal Coatings to become the industry leader that it is.
