The Service Today story began with a plumber who identified what consumers were searching for: professional and reliable tradespeople that can be trusted in their home or business. And when this plumber, our founder and CEO Zak Saboune, recognised the important need for quality, reliability and professionalism in the home services sector – the Service Today brand was born.

Zak saw that being a skilled tradie wasn’t enough in today’s competitive world. Aussie homeowners and busy working families also need reliable, on-time service and up-front, honest prices. They need someone who will get it right the first time, everytime. This motivated him to create the Service Today brand as we know it, and to do what we say – provide our customers with ‘Service Today’.

As well as being a professional plumber, Zak is a family man who has a strong passion for quality customer service. This passion is what continues to drive Service Today, and it filters through every level of our business.
