The rental fees for the Perth Hills Caravan Hire and associated equipment are as follows:

Booking Fee of 30% of the total hire cost paid within 48 hours of booking, a credit voucher will be issued if the booking has to be cancelled due to COVID or other extenuating circumstances )
Payment can be via EFT or via credit card (1.9% surcharge applies to credit card booking )

Peak (School Holidays / Public Holidays)

6 Days minimum hire—Matilda $120, Ted $140 per night reduced rate for 21 days or more

Off Peak

6 Days minimum hire— Matilda $105, Ted $120 per night Reduced rate for 21 days or more
bookings less than 6 days will be considered during off peak times – call or email with requests.

Gas refills/swaps will be deducted from the bond if returned with less quantity than what was recorded on page 2. full bottle $40, half bottle $20 etc.

Cleaning requirements:

Toilet must be emptied prior to caravan drop off with approx. 1L of fresh water and a sanitizing tablet added to toilet.

BBQ must be clean if used

The caravan inside must be clean along with the fridge and all cupboards emptied of personal items

optional extras:

Yamaha 2.4kw generator – $150 per trip

Engel fridge – $50 per trip

BBQ $50 per trip

12V tv/dvd player $20 per trip

brake controller $50 per trip

bike rack $20 per trip

Electric mountain bike $40 per day – plus additional bond
