My Mobile Physio was the brainchild of Lyndsey Henderson, one of Sydney’s leading physiotherapist’s in the rehabilitation space.   A few years ago Lyndsey took the mobile physio sector by storm.  A huge gap existed in the market for a slick, professional and hugely personalised service to treat people in the comfort of their own home or workplace.  With Lyndsey’s strong passion for rehabilitation and improving the accessibility of home visit physiotherapy services in Sydney, My Mobile Physio was established.

In the past 6 years, My Mobile Physio has experienced unprecedented growth.  It is the preferred referral-practice for many Specialists due to their high-levels of care, unrivalled customer service and the convenience of their home based service for their clients.

My Mobile Physio are a team of experienced and passionate physiotherapists who service the Sydney region.  Each team member works with their patients very closely from the outset. They will assess and then develop a treatment plan that will help them achieve their goals and maintain an excellent quality of life.  They work closely with their referrers, clients, family members, and service providers. These include occupational therapists, GPs, and service co-ordinators to ensure a holistic and complete home rehabilitation service is provided.

In the last 2 years, My Mobile Physio has become an NDIS registered provider, so they are poised for assisting an even wider community.  Those individuals with a disability and requiring physiotherapy can now access services more easily with the help of the newly implemented government program.
