Sasha and Chris are experienced therapists with over 40yrs experience between them. This means that whatever you want to work though or whoever you are seeking support for, they can provide a therapy to help.

Sasha and Chris are here to help you meet the challenges of life and get closer to living our truly best life, making the most of our relationships and how we can find some resolution with past events and deep feelings.

How we work

We provide our services either face-to-face or via Skype / Zoom and the telephone. You don’t even have to leave your own home if you don’t want to – see us in the way that suits you best.

And don’t have to worry about your therapist leaving. We’re always there on the other end of the connection!
