We conduct an in-depth analysis of your health through nutritional diagnostic & bio-medicine testing, diet analysis and one-on-one consultations to create an individualised treatment plan. 

You are emotionally supported through one-on-one consults and via email. We will continue to work with you and review your requirements to fine-tune your treatment plan to adapt to your changing needs and help you achieve optimal wellness and vitality.

As a Personal Trainer and Elite Accredited Netball Coach I was LEPT (Lorraine English PT). Now I’m a nutritionist too, I’ve re-launched my business as LEPT Nutrition.
