Dr. Hoffart has done extensive post-graduate studies in Whiplash treatment and Neurology because he saw the effects of Whiplash on his Mom when he was young. “I remember the intense look of pain on my Mom’s face and how incapacitated she was. Here was a small framed woman that worked along side men building our home as a child, lifting cement sacks and lumbar. After her Whiplash she could only sit and weep.”
