At this time we can explain to you the complexities involved and assist with the Aged Care Placement process along with navigating My Aged Care

STEP 2. TAILOR MADE PACKAGES TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS

We at Help@Hand Aged Care Placements feel that the Aged Care Journey is yours to be in control of. All you need to do is explain to us what services you require and we are happy to personalise your package to suit your needs

STEP 3. SHORTLISTING OF SUITABLE RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE

Now that we have a full understanding of your loved one, we will then move forward and shortlist the best suited homes where we will submit them to you for review

STEP 4. TOURS, PAPERWORK AND NEGOTIATIONS

Our aged care placement consultants can accompany you on tours of the chosen homes and once you feel you have found the best suited home we can continue our support by assisting in the completion of all the necessary admissions paperwork and negotiate the Aged Care fees on your behalf

STEP 5. FOLLOW UP

Once your loved one has settled within aged care we feel it is our role to make sure that the new residents’ transition was smooth and that they are settling within their new home. Our aged care placement services are designed to help you and your loved one every step of the way
