We order parts direct from the manufacturer. When you place an order for a part or a part is required for your repair. The part can take up 10 day to be delivered to us. So some delays may be experienced.
Great Customer Service is so important to us. So when you email or call us make sure you have the correct Information. Date of purchase, warranty card, Product Brand, Product Model and Serial number.
