Our technicians are equipped with vehicles that are stocked with a wide variety of parts which allows us to deliver customer satisfaction and reduce appliance downtime, minimising the need to wait several days or weeks for their appliances to be repaired

• Warranty

At Bestec Service we only use brand new parts, allowing us to provide a six-month warranty on labour or parts supplied*. Our technicians are obligated to show customers the new parts before they are installed, and return bad parts once the work is done. Bestec Service does not repurpose or reuse parts from old or discarded machines; such machines are disposed of properly.*

Although our fully-qualified technicians are licenced, experienced, and comply with all safety standards, we know that accidents can still happen during repairs or after the work is finished. That is why Bestec Service has a comprehensive insurance policy that guarantees you peace of mind during and after repairs.
