Unlike many physiotherapy clinics in the CBD we are located within a very private 200 sqm fitness facility, not being in the typical office setting our functional gym facility enables us to rebuild the absolute best version of you and create a rehab program that you understand and enjoy.
We firmly believe physiotherapy should focus on rehabilitation with an exercise-based approach for long term recovery. Your Physiotherapist should provide you with a guided and progressive exercise program appropriate to your level of function and rehabilitation needs, assist with evaluation of your technique, motivate and encourage you to reach your previous level of function, better yet bulletproof you for the next adventure life takes you.

Last but not least we have our remedial and sports massage team, consistently on point to maintain your most important asset before any real issues arrive.
