We specialise in build sites with challenging elevations, site-access restrictions and other constraints.

STEP 1

PLAN

At Premier Homes, we want to make sure you get the best out of your budget your build site and your new home.

This is why, with our expert team, we will assess your build site, obtain all necessary information and permits and liaise with the appropriate council on your behalf. Meticulous planning means a smarter, smoother journey to your new Dream Custom Home.

STEP 2

DESIGN

Designing high quality, unique homes is our passion.

With our expert Design-Build Consultant, Colour Consultant and our highly skilled in-house Draftsman, we work closely with you to develop a Custom Home design based on your ideas, budget and lifestyle needs.

STEP 3

BUILD

Once we have drafted your contract and your new Custom Home design has been completed and approved, we get you in for a one-on-one consultation to review your colour selections and review your contract.
